Review by hotel critic
During my recent trip to Milan, I found myself staying at a hotel that perfectly embodies the idea of value within proximity to the city's transport hubs. Just a short stroll from the central train station, its location makes it an appealing choice for travelers seeking convenience without breaking the bank. The basics here are well-managed. My room was clean and comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep. Larger hotel chains can be extravagant, but this place knows how to offer a warm shower and a decent night's rest without the frills. The breakfast was basic yet sufficient to start the day, emphasizing the hotel's focus on practicality over opulence. The highlight for me was the welcoming attitude of the Chinese family running the place. Their dedication to guest satisfaction added a layer of service that reaffirmed my choice. With amenities like free Wi-Fi and luggage storage, it balances out any shortcomings in luxury. In a city where prices soar, this hotel presents a reasonable compromise between comfort and cost, proving that a budget-friendly stay can still deliver essential conveniences.
